Tony Stephenson
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Tony has significant executive, financial management and consulting experience across the aged care and health. Tony has over 20 years experience in the sectors and this has included senior executive positions within organisations providing aged care, retirement living, private and public healthcare services.
His experience includes public listed companies as well as not for profit and public enterprises. Tony gained his chartered accounting qualifications at Deloitte and worked within their health consulting practice. In all of his roles he has overseen major changes in the delivery and funding of health services as well as strategic planning and organisational change. Tony has also held a number of non executive board positions on hospital, aged care and health insurance businesses. |

Michael Watson, CA
Chief Finance Officer
Michael joined IBIS Care in February 2010 in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Michael is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant who has worked in the aged care industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IBIS Care Michael was a partner with PKF Chartered Accountants and also held the role of CFO for the Domain Aged Care Group. Michael oversaw the Group's significant growth from a start up business until the time of its sale.
Michael in his role as CFO brings to IBIS Care considerable experience in business planning, financial planning and feasibility, management reporting and a wide range of financial management skills.

Allison Murphy
Marketing Manager
Allison has been involved in the aged care sector for ten years and initially worked with IBIS in a project management role which incorporated assisting Arthur and Natasha in selling aged care centres through a brokerage agreement to organisations such as Amity as well as overseeing varied consulting projects and assisting with day to day operations management. Allison moved out of aged care for a number of years to focus on marketing projects and roles including a stint with the Commonwealth Bank. As Group Marketing Manager, Allison is responsible for planning, implementing and developing innovative marketing sales programs to enhance occupancy and services across the group. Allison works closely with the centre management and staff as well as the community and stakeholders such as ACAT’s to promote the IBIS Care philosophy and individual centres.

Joseph Trazzera
IT Manager
Joe has consulted to IBIS Care on IT matters for a number of years. Joe has 27 years extensive IT industry experience with a background involved in the delivery of IT Applications and Infrastructure. Joe served as IT Manage for the NSW Department of Supply (NSW Admin Service Group), IT Manager for the Judicial Commission of NSW, Technical Service Manager for Connection Computers Pty Ltd and More recently as Infrastructure Specilist at GrainCorp and First Data International. Joe has numerous IT Qualifications from Novell CNE, Unix infrastructure and Microsoft MCP's acquired over the 27 years. As part of the IT management of IBIS Care, Joe is responsible for the design , installation, repair, maintenance and upgrade of our existing and new IT Applicaions and Infrastructure . |
